Alex Ovechkin named EA Sports NHL 21 cover athlete on Monday, making Washington Capitals superstar captain only the second player to appear on the cover of the game in two games occasions.The set to be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 16.
"It is a great honor to be on the cover of NHL 21 to cover both in my career," Ovechkin said. "More importantly, I'm glad I look just as good on the cover of this year as I did in 2007." Ovechkin joined the Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews as twice the single cover athletes for the game. Toews appeared on the cover of NHL 11 and 16 editions.

FIFA 21 release date comes, if a little later than usual. A year in the game is not complete without the annual entry EA of course, but PC players hoping to get the best in this year's football simulation may come away disappointed.
It rounds off a difficult year for the game, too: FIFA last year are under significant criticism, launched the career mode trains are not fixed quickly and offer online that even looks Esports stars eliminated from the tournament with the disorder. Although EA's lineup of sports games are often criticized for not revolutionizing their repetitive formulas, they tend to be some of the most popular games of the year, with fans rallying around the newest title in each series and forming a solid online community. With the likes of Madden and NHL under its belt, EA clearly has some of the strongest franchises in the genre as well, equaled only by the likes of 2K when it comes to iconic sports releases.
Perhaps the biggest of these annual sports IPs is FIFA, with the popular soccer game bringing in millions of players every single year. However, it seems players on PC might be missing out on some of FIFA 21's biggest new features, with a new FAQ for the game unveiling that they won't be getting the enhanced version of the title available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Just last week, we shared a newly-found item duplication glitch within Animal Crossing: New Horizons which allows players to infinitely copy any 2x1 items. That wasn't the first glitch of its kind to be discovered - Nintendo actually patched out a glitch that was found early on - but now we have yet another one to try.This time, the new glitch has been discovered by YouTube user Do Whatever Games.
Yet another item duplication glitch in New Horizons has been found by Do Whatever Games on YouTube. The glitch involves manipulating the game's postal system to create doubles of any item sent to a friend as a present (which unfortunately rules out bugs, fish, and plants). According to the video, the exploit can only be performed if the player has two or more other players registered on their island, but a single player can do this with two extra controllers. Choose between one and three items and send them to one of the player characters through the mail. Once the items arrive, use the NookPhone's Call Resident app on to get that player character into the game. Since the game's release last month, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has given Nintendo Switch owners plenty of things to enjoy. Nintendo's life-sim game features a plethora of bugs and fish to catch, fruits to grow, buildings to commission, and debts to pay off. That said, it looks like the number of things for players to do in the game will be increasing. A recent datamine has apparently revealed some major new inclusions, including returning characters, and some brand-new gameplay mechanics, as well. If the information is to be believed, the updates could start to arrive as soon as later this week!
According to the datamine, one part of the game that's getting an upgrade is the museum. While the museum already boasts some amazing features, the building is apparently getting some new additions, including a gift shop, a cafe (which makes sense given some in-game dialogue), and an art section. Of course, an art section wouldn't be possible without paintings to fill it with, which means Crazy Redd is returning to the game. Apparently, the clever fox will now dock a ship to once again sell works of art that may or may not be legitimate.
